This Privacy Policy explains how PERFECT CUT: Split It ("PERFECT CUT", "we", "us" or "the app") handles information when you use the iOS game. Questions, privacy requests, or requests concerning your online player data can be sent to alfpowell3@gmail.com.

1. Information stored on your device

The app stores gameplay information locally so it can remember your progress and preferences. This can include levels, checkpoint progress, scores, stars, coins, cosmetic unlocks, sound/music/haptic settings, Daily Challenge state, and other game state. This information is generally removed if you delete the app, and some of it can be reset using in-app reset controls.

2. Firebase online and community features

PERFECT CUT uses Google Firebase services to support online features. Depending on the feature used, Firebase may process:

Core local gameplay can continue when online services are unavailable, although leaderboards, friends, profile sync and similar features may not work until a connection is restored.

3. Crash diagnostics

Release builds use Firebase Crashlytics. If the app crashes or encounters certain serious errors, Crashlytics may receive diagnostic information such as app version, device/OS information, crash stack traces, and technical identifiers needed to diagnose stability problems. We use this information to maintain and improve the app.

4. Advertising and rewarded ads

PERFECT CUT uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded ads (for example, coins, a revive, or an extra Daily Challenge attempt) and occasional interstitial ads at natural game-over breaks.

Google Mobile Ads may process information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, general location inferred from IP, ads shown, app/ad interaction information, crash or performance diagnostics, and related information used to deliver, secure, measure and improve advertising. The exact information used can depend on your region, privacy choices, device settings and the type of ad served.

5. Consent and tracking choices

Where required, PERFECT CUT uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP), a Google-certified consent management platform, to request and store advertising/privacy choices before requesting ads. If UMP requires a privacy-options entry point for your region, the app provides an Ad Privacy Choices option in Settings so you can review or change those choices.

On iOS, if permission to use Apple’s advertising identifier is requested, iOS presents Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can deny that request and still use the app. You can also change tracking permissions later in iOS Settings.

6. Why we process information

We process information only as reasonably necessary to operate and improve PERFECT CUT. Depending on the context, this includes providing features you request, maintaining the security and integrity of the game, supporting legitimate interests such as diagnosing crashes and preventing abuse, and relying on consent where consent is required for advertising or related storage/access technologies.

7. Sharing and service providers

We do not directly sell personal information for money. Information may be processed or shared with service providers used to operate the app, principally Google services including Firebase, Crashlytics, User Messaging Platform and Google AdMob. Advertising providers may use or share information for advertising, measurement, security and related purposes subject to your choices and applicable law. Google’s privacy information is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

8. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until it is reset, overwritten, or the app is removed. Online/community information is retained while needed to provide the feature, maintain fair rankings, protect the service, resolve support issues, or meet legal obligations. 9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information associated with you, and in some cases to object to or restrict certain processing or withdraw consent. To make a request, email alfpowell3@gmail.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant online player record and verify the request.

If you are in the UK or EEA and believe a privacy concern has not been resolved, you may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. UK users can find information from the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures and rely on Firebase security controls and server-side validation for online community actions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

PERFECT CUT is a general-audience precision game and is not designed to ask children for direct contact information. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed, contact us at the support address above.

12. International processing

Google and other service infrastructure may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable, the relevant service providers use legal mechanisms and safeguards for international transfers.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, its services, or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL and the date above will be updated when material changes are made.
